I’ve been a renter my whole life and was dead-set on renting in Dallas, especially with the current market (2023). Aiden showed me so many beautiful rentals and had a full line up of townhomes to my specifications to look at for the few days I was in town. I didn’t have to worry about anything except showing up. After not finding my dream rental, Aiden helped me to realize my dream of owning my first home. I was nervous I wouldn’t be able to find anything and his expertise totally put me at ease. He found my dream home in the perfect neighborhood for me after I had already traveled back to Florida. He took the time to visit the home himself after visiting multiple homes on his own and FaceTimed with me to show me a home that had everything in my wishlist. He knew exactly what my must haves were and was transparent and honest with me every step of the way. He NAILED IT!! I had zero worries that I was buying a house sight unseen because he took care of everything. When I tell you he is a full service realtor, I mean it!! This first time home buyer had everything taken care of while I was traveling in Europe during Christmas/New Years and closed on the house while I was in Paris, the same day I got engaged! Could not believe how easy it was. On top of all that, by the time I actually arrived in Texas, he had worked with the builders on my new construction home to ensure it was absolutely perfect. The day I rolled off the highway to my new house, he was waiting with the keys and a hug! He will be a friend for life and can’t recommend him and his realty group highly enough!!!
